Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Stratyfix ("Stratyfix", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information through our website and platform (the "Service"). Stratyfix is a B2B sales-training and call-coaching platform used by organizations to practice, record, and grade sales conversations.

No self-serve signup

Stratyfix accounts are provisioned by your employer or the organization that licenses the Service ("your organization") — there is no public signup. When you use Stratyfix as a member of your organization's workspace, your organization is the data controller for your account and session data, and Stratyfix acts as a processor on its instructions. Requests about your data should generally go to your organization's administrator; see "Your rights" below.

Information we collect

  • Account & contact information — name, work email, organization, and role, provided when your organization provisions your account or you request a demo.
  • Call audio & transcripts — audio recordings and transcripts from AI roleplay practice calls and from live sales calls your organization has opted into capturing (e.g. Zoom).
  • AI-generated grades & feedback — scores, rubric evidence, and coaching feedback the platform generates from your call transcripts and audio.
  • Product usage data — first-party log and analytics data about how you use the Service (pages viewed, features used, timestamps); we do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
  • Device push tokens — if you install the Stratyfix mobile app, we store a device push-notification token (Apple APNs) so we can deliver in-app alerts (e.g. a call was graded, a manager flagged something for you).

How we use information

  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To transcribe, grade, and generate coaching feedback on practice and live calls.
  • To power AI roleplay conversations and live in-call coaching.
  • To send account and product notifications, including mobile push notifications.
  • To respond to demo requests and provide support.
  • To meet legal, security, and contractual obligations.

Your call data & AI processing

Call audio and transcripts are the core input to Stratyfix's grading. To provide the Service, that data is processed by a small set of subprocessors, each performing a specific function:

  • Anthropic (Claude) — grades calls against your organization's rubric and generates coaching feedback from the transcript.
  • Google (Gemini) — powers the real-time AI voice conversation during live AI roleplay practice sessions.
  • OpenAI — used for supplementary grading checks and for generating training content (programs, drills) from your organization's playbook material.
  • Deepgram — transcribes call audio into text.
  • HeyGen — renders the AI buyer's avatar video during live roleplay sessions (streamed in real time via LiveKit).
  • DigitalOcean — hosts the application and stores audio, video, and transcript data.

We do not use your call data to train shared or general-purpose AI models, and we do not sell it.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising or track you across other companies' apps or websites. We share data only with the subprocessors listed above (under confidentiality obligations, to provide the Service), with your organization's administrators, or where required by law.

Data retention

We retain account and call data for as long as your organization's account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If your organization's account is closed, we delete or de-identify data within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, depending on your location. Because Stratyfix accounts are provisioned by your organization, please start with your organization's administrator for requests about your workspace data. You can also contact us directly using the details below and we will route your request appropriately.

Cookies & analytics

Our marketing website uses essential cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Product usage data inside the platform is first-party only.

International transfers

We host the Service and process data primarily via DigitalOcean and the AI subprocessors listed above, which may involve transferring data outside your organization's home country. We rely on appropriate contractual safeguards for any cross-border transfer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; we'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required.
