The full, governing Terms & Conditions for the Stratyfix platform are maintained as a standalone legal document: Terms & Conditions. If anything on this page differs from that document, the document prevails. Enterprise use is typically governed by a signed order form or master agreement, which prevails over both.

Stratyfix is provided by Understood Connect Inc. (254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #20466, Newark, Delaware 19702, USA). These terms govern your access to and use of the Stratyfix website and platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to bind it.

The Service

Stratyfix provides AI roleplay practice, conversation grading, programs, and analytics. Accounts are provisioned by your organization — there is no public signup. We may update or improve features over time.

Acceptable use

  • Don't misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Don't upload unlawful content or violate others' rights.
  • Don't use the Service to build a competing product or to scrape it at scale.

Customer data & ownership

As between you and Stratyfix, you own your data. You grant us the rights needed to operate and provide the Service. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Security page, including that session content is not used to train shared models.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law, and AI-generated coaching, scores, and outputs are tools to assist human judgment, not a substitute for it. The full warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification terms — including US-specific provisions — are set out in the governing document.

Termination & changes

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or as required by law; enterprise termination follows your signed agreement. When terms change materially, we'll provide notice where required.
