Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stratyfix website and platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to bind it.

The Service

Stratyfix provides AI roleplay practice, conversation grading, programs/LMS, and analytics. We may update or improve features over time. Enterprise use is governed by the order form or master agreement signed with your organization.

Accounts & eligibility

You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Acceptable use

  • Don't misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Don't upload unlawful content or violate others' rights.
  • Don't use the Service to build a competing product or to scrape it at scale.

Customer data & ownership

As between you and Stratyfix, you own your data. You grant us the rights needed to operate and provide the Service. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Security page, including that session content is not used to train shared models.

Intellectual property

Stratyfix and its licensors own the Service, software, and brand. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service per any applicable plan or agreement.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as set out in your order form or agreement. Demo and trial access may be provided at no charge and on the terms communicated at signup.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated coaching, scores, and outputs are tools to assist human judgment, not a substitute for it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratyfix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited as set out in your agreement.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law. Enterprise termination follows your signed agreement.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the date above and provide notice of material changes where required. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your agreement (to be specified before publication).
