Stratyfix for Zoom

How to add, use, and remove the Stratyfix app for Zoom.

What the app does

Stratyfix is an AI-driven sales intelligence platform. The Stratyfix app for Zoom connects your Zoom account to your organization's Stratyfix workspace so that:

  • Your Zoom cloud recordings and meeting transcripts of sales calls can be imported into Stratyfix and scored against your team's rubric — every score cites verbatim transcript quotes, verified word-for-word before they count.
  • On accounts where Zoom real-time media streams (RTMS) are available, Stratyfix can deliver live, rep-only coaching nudges during a call. Participants always see Zoom's recording notice, and the rep can end coaching at any time.

Prerequisites

  • A Stratyfix workspace for your organization, with your Stratyfix sign-in.
  • A Zoom account. Cloud recording requires a paid Zoom plan; live coaching requires a Zoom plan with real-time media streams available.

Adding the app

  1. Sign in to your Stratyfix workspace at app.stratyfix.com.
  2. Go to Settings → Organization → Integrations and choose Zoom → Connect, or install directly from the app's Zoom Marketplace listing.
  3. Zoom will show the permissions the app requests (your profile, your meetings and their transcripts, your cloud recording list, and real-time media stream events). Select Authorize.
  4. You'll land back in Stratyfix with the connection shown as active.

Using the app

  • Call scoring: after a connected user's Zoom call ends and its cloud recording is ready, Stratyfix imports the recording and transcript and scores the call. Results appear in your Stratyfix workspace under Calls, with each score's cited evidence one click away.
  • Live coaching: start a coaching session from Stratyfix (web or the iOS app) for a consented Zoom call. During the call, short coaching nudges appear only to the rep. Ending the call or selecting End coaching stops the session.

Removing the app

  1. Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace and open Manage → Added Apps.
  2. Find Stratyfix and select Remove.

Removing the app revokes Stratyfix's access to your Zoom account immediately — no new recordings or events are received. Calls already imported into your organization's workspace remain there under your organization's retention settings; to request deletion of previously imported data, email contact@stratyfix.com and we'll action it in line with our Privacy Policy.

Troubleshooting & support

  • Calls not appearing: confirm the call was cloud-recorded on the connected Zoom user, and that the connection shows active under Settings → Organization → Integrations.
  • No live nudges: confirm your Zoom plan has real-time media streams available and the coaching session was started before or during the call.
  • Anything else: email contact@stratyfix.com — see our Support page for what to expect.
